Peerless Armless

The removal of the brake arm is important to converting a coaster-brake to a freecoaster (in any case it is ugly and heavy, so just tighten down your axle nuts a lot). But on a coaster-brake it helps to contain some of the breaking forces from damaging the hub or frame. When Peerless did it, it was a leap of faith, but it seemed to pay off for them.
